You don't have to buy "their" battery which is almost $200. Almost if not all these "built-in" batteries are the same and can be purchased for $99 + free shipping at Massimo: https://www.massimomotor.com/Mass...tery-Black

I own 4 of these different sizes from different brands (DT-Pro with same LG compressor, Rock & Rocker, and Massimo from Costco). 2 of them came with included battery and the batteries have been super convenient at moving the coolers around at picnics. The one with the LG compressor has been running reliably for 4 years.

You do understand that the LG compressors listed in the class action are for LG full size refrigerators?

I've had a Setpower RV60D PRO 60qt similar to this form factor that has been running all yr non-stop in my truck when camping and in my garage.

Seems like a great deal for one of these portable fridges, I ran into another that's 59 quarts for $249, sold and shipped by Amazon, but doesn't seem like the company has any aftersale support. There is a coupon for the NewAir one on the site (MAMA10), but shipping charges might make it pretty close to Amazon's price and I'd rather deal with Amazon for easy returns.

Love mine! This price is amazing! I paid $250 for mine. I bought the BougeRV battery to use it completely without plug in.

I bought this on the last deal.
I think I might have paid a little more.
ZERO complaint. Does what it's suppose to do. Plenty of room for a camping trip.

we had awful experiences with LG compressors, they replaced 3 times under warranty before they gave up and gave us refund on fridge. Usually using a namebrand is a brag, but they should have avoided it this time

I have the exact same thing but under different brand name. Still doing great after two years. Took it for long road trip, camping. Just don't get the batteries, those are low quality. I run it with my ecoflow river pro and lasts for a day with small side at 4F and other side at 32F

Funny thing is, LG is actually more reputable than Samsung in South Korea. I guess things are different for US appliances made in Mexico.

My cooler is also running an LG compressor. I have it for about 2 yrs. For the last year, I have had it plug in 24/7 and use it for drinks. I thunk it should last if it isn't running in a vehicle and being bounced around too badly during off road. Remember to keep the vents clear.

Use code DISC10 for 10% off at newair.com. Saved me about $15 vs. Amazon.
