You don't have to buy "their" battery which is almost $200. Almost if not all these "built-in" batteries are the same and can be purchased for $99 + free shipping at Massimo: https://www.massimomotor.com/Mass...tery-Black

I own 4 of these different sizes from different brands (DT-Pro with same LG compressor, Rock & Rocker, and Massimo from Costco). 2 of them came with included battery and the batteries have been super convenient at moving the coolers around at picnics. The one with the LG compressor has been running reliably for 4 years.

You do understand that the LG compressors listed in the class action are for LG full size refrigerators?

I've had a Setpower RV60D PRO 60qt similar to this form factor that has been running all yr non-stop in my truck when camping and in my garage.

I have the exact same thing but under different brand name. Still doing great after two years. Took it for long road trip, camping. Just don't get the batteries, those are low quality. I run it with my ecoflow river pro and lasts for a day with small side at 4F and other side at 32F
You need better power station. My setup can run for 4 days straight.

I don't have this kind but have had 2 similar. The 12v car adapter on both are some sort of weird longer plug with an orange tip that doesn't really fit in cars power port. It will work but teeters on the edge of falling out due to length. Anybody else come across this?

I bought this on the last deal.
I think I might have paid a little more.
ZERO complaint. Does what it's suppose to do. Plenty of room for a camping trip.
How big is the inside? Can you stand a 2liter bottle?

Which one do you use? What temps did it maintain? What was the ambient temperature?

Wow! 41lbs before the beer!
Yes, unless the wife has a strong back it not something you want her lifting in and out of the truck.

I have a bigger version of the Newair for camping and trips, has been great, truly keeps frozen stuff frozen.
It's very heavy.

I wish I had the battery, but I use a LiFePO4 "solar generator" when I'm away from AC. $/Ah, it's hard to justify the Newair or BougeRV batteries, compared to a standalone that also has AC and USB.

"LG compressors" 🤔

Doesn't LG have the worst track record of fridge compressors?

There seem to be a lot of idiots posting in here about bad LG fridge compressors. This is a small cooler that definitely doesn't fit the LG fridge compressor everyone is complaining about.

I bought this last time it was on sale and it was awesome for a camping trip we took. It has been in my kitchen ever sense, used as a kid freezer so the kids can have easy access to cold snacks and drinks. We also use it when driving the hour to Dallas for specific grocery shopping.

This thing is awesome.

Can anyone confirm or dispute the "works silently" claim? I have my doubts that it produces zero noise.

I have heard nothing but negatives on LG compressors. Not sure why they highlight this as if it was a selling point. Immediately turned me away
The highlight is that it's better than having a generic Chinese compressor.

There seem to be a lot of idiots who think that it makes a difference which LG compressor your unit has. Why would one be any different from the rest? U think they magically make more reliable small unit compressors than they do for their full size units? Lol

My father owns an appliance repair company and has always said to never buy LG or Samsung appliances. Yes, you might get lucky and get one that runs forever, but if not, you will wait months to get a replacement part at an exorbitant cost. Not worth the risk.
Go research it yourself and you will find you are wrong. These do not have the same compressors that had the flaw.
