I ordered 2 sets anyway - showing shipped 2 hours after order.

Yeah I'm sorry I missed that. It was posted on another website and I didn't even bother to look. Now I see some other health care company selling it for $30. I don't know what kind of scam this is.

With these 3rd party sellers, does anyone know if the seller is on the hook for returns should they ship you a brick?

Ordered last time when it was offered by third party seller for $35. Item showed shipped with tracking a couple hours later via usps. Item never arrived. Had to wait 48hrs after item was supposedly delivered before Walmart will issue refund.

So these scammers are just creating these fake stores to get out address and phone number I assume?
