1. Get 2 phone for trade in ( has to be different - i.e one iPhone and other Android) reason being both trade in generates different sku based on different phone and that is key. If u trade same platform phone twice sku are same and it will not work as only one coupon of same sku works.
2. First get both trade ins done ( 2 times you need to sign) make sure each trade in gives you bb gift card and single use coupon -total of coupon and gift card should ne equal to trade in value u see online.
3. When entering tradein if they say u will get just 200 or 300 ask them to apply promo code google that's the trick
4. Only select unlocked phone colour black ( e.g for blue their is restriction that u need verizon and if u take verizon thank watch promo not apply)
5. Make sure to get watch added in same order ( as unlike online watch doesn't get added automatically?- dont be fooled by bb employee tell
specifically to add watch)
6. Watch color only black make sure also its wifi else it will mess up entire order.
7. After seeing all good then only pay for remaining.
8. Coupon values - of both phones reduces price before tax so effectively u pay tax on net amount apart from gift cards.
In my example I traded p7 and ip11 and got 200 × 2 gift cards and 250 coupon for p7 and 300 coupons for ip11..so net transaction 999- 250-300 = 449+ tax on 449 is net amount - 200-200 gift card = so 49+tax on 449 is the payment amount.
Watch should show 349- 349 = 0.

Things to add from my experience:
1) I did this all at the cell phone center.
2) This was my second store (Thousand Oaks, CA) that I tried. The first store just rejected the idea of 2 trade in promos for one purchase. No give at all, so I left. This second store took some patience but the guy was really helpful and willing. He was somewhat clueless but was still willing to help. I also went as soon as the store opened and was the first one there, dunno if that makes sense. The transaction took about 1 hour.
2) my first step was asking if the promo for the Pixel 8 Pro with a watch was still valid. Next I asked if I can trade in two devices. The guy had to ask a supervisor visor and said something along the lines of"yeah its a standard trade in". After the supervisor left, I told the guy that I saw some people had success with using a promo code "Google" with each trade in. I told him if he can try inputting it when he submits the trade ins. He did two separate trade in transactions. If you see a print out of two pages, one with a confirmation for you and another with the coupon, You're good.
3) when it was time to purchase the phone, the guy only scanned one code. He was under the impression that it was just a duplicate coupon. But after he scanned the first one, i asked if he can try scanning the second one. He said, lets try. He was surprised and said that "oh nice, usually they dont stack. Nice that google made it easy like that." So just something to note.
4) i ordered an unlocked, 256gb, porcelain P8Pro with an obsidian Pixel Watch 2. They shipped to my house and will be here Wednesday, the 18th.

Turned out, rep had to put in pixel 6a first, then iPhone trade-in and it worked. 2 trades and purchase all done in one transaction. Order time was 4:30pm PST.
In the end, 6a and xr for 740 credit so about 300 out of pocket for 128 p8p and watch 2.

Rep did trade-in and purchase all in one transaction. I just had to sign once for 2 trade ins. I didn't follow the long instructions since xr was running into issues. Not sure if that was part of how it worked.
