Try refilling the bottle with a stronger concentration of pool bleach. Maybe 60/40 pool bleach to water. Leave it on a little longer too, maybe 20- 30 minutes.

No, that wouldn't be stronger. Might work fine like that just leaving it on longer though. Trial and error here. If stock doesn't work, try higher and higher until it does.
