I have fold 4. I unfold the phone at least 50x per day. Its been over a year. Still looks and works like new.

I'm currently swapping my ZF3 for the ZF5 because the hinge is no longer opening all the way. I think the felt dust strip came loose and jammed in the hinges. Samsung said as long as the screens are not cracked and are functional I would get full value.

I believe Samsung not having a good sale is a blessing in disguise for prospective fold buyers.. Been patiently waiting for a good deal ( no, the $599/256GB or $719/512GB EPP plus Trade In is a shit sale ) but reading about durability issues and Samsung's joke of a customer service has significantly diminished my desire to own one ..

Customer service has been good. My phone (fold 4) broke so I filed a warranty claim. Took it to a nearby fix it store where they pretty much replaced most of the components at no charge. Can't go back to a normal phone.

Tried to buy this 5 times no work entered credit card manually no work; tried Apple Pay no work. Tried chat. Everybody lies when the system is broken. Chat just tell the truth: system is broken. Answer: try google pay. Had it with Samsung buying Apple.

Tried to buy Z Fold 5 using this deal, but the payment system doesn't work. Tried Apple Pay, no work. Manually entered 3 different credit cards, no work. Customer Service on chat say to use google pay. I said forget it. Ridiculous! Good Luck.
