While this is the old version and has been this price before, these things are rock solid and a reliable wheel for anyone new to Sim Racing.

what is the newer model and what's the difference? Looking to pick up a racing wheel for emulation setup.

G923 is the updated one. From what I gather, the g923 is compatible with ps/xbox/pc and has the True Force feature. Basically rumble in the steering wheel. I picked up a used g29+shifter last week on fb marketplace for $220 to use for forza and I've been having a blast. It's my first wheel and I'm quite happy with it.

I'd suggest going for the fanatec CSL DD for 400. The updates to this version the g923 uses true force which is just a marketing term for we programmed it to react a little quicker. But that is going for 270 at the time of this comment. For 130 dollars more fanatec is direct drive which means the motor is directly sending feedback to the wheel. No belts or gears involved.

G923, it has some new feedback stuff and maybe better pedals.
