3050 is already crap… Did nvidia find a bunch of old gpus they forgot to ship? Oh and it should be called aGTX 2050, because you ain't getting no useable ray-tracing out of it. 🤦 ♂️
Got the satisfactory one for $408, looks new. Good build quality, a bit on the heavy side but I guess that's from the extra thermo dissipater stuff. Very quiet with light/medium load.
Appears BB got too many stock - the 'open box exec' is a way to discount new items.
One of the good cheap gaming laptops.
My only complain so far is the 8GB ram and the DDR5 is still kinda expensive.

Yeah, for $420 I don't wanna complain too much, but... 1080p 250 nit IPS display isn't impressing really anyone,
and I really wanted something with Type-C charging. This is still a really good computer, I think, even if the RTX 2050 inside is only 75% stronger than the built-in iGPU in the 7535HS.
Anyways, the CPU is good, the price is really good for what it is.DDR5 RAM isn't too expensive (and honestly is about to go up, because manufacturers have announced they're gonna slow down production to create a product vacuum to increase prices).
This is the correct answer. DLSS may very well make certain supported games playable, when they otherwise wouldn't be.
If you need a purely gaming-focused machine, this isn't for you, but if you need a solid office machine that *can* game a little, then this is a great deal.
I picked one up from the last post, it's arriving today. If this thread is still active once I get my hands on it, I'll share my thoughts.
