In case it matters to anyone, it doesn't use a standard power plug. It comes with a power brick and mini plug.
Just as an FYI - LG warranty service is pretty bad. You _must_ keep the original packaging if you want them to fully honor their warranty. They will also arbitrarily refuse advanced replacement, too.
Had a similar 4k model that developed a vertical line of dead pixels in 10 months. After more 3rd degree that I've typically experienced, LG informed me that if I ship the monitor back in non-LG packaging, they will NOT guarantee how it comes back to me. They will not send a shipping box. They did, however, offer shipping both ways on their dime.
FYI, this is reason for me to avoid LG monitors in the future.

Naaa, I have a bunch of 8-yr old ones. They have nice, skinny bazels. LG have had the chonky-bazzel ones for ever. They have always been the cheaper model.
As an FYI, I bought my first skinny ones on sale for $375 eight years ago. The last ones about 3-4 years ago for $200 on sale. The same model. the skinny-bazzel ones have been $200 on sale for at least 3 years now. I also bought some 27" 4K IPS AOKs for $190 in 2019 or 2020 that have an even brighter panel and the same skinny bazzels.
