I had something similar happen too.

However, I also ordered new copies of CoD Vanguard and Outriders Worldslayer in the same transaction and they came in sleeves with generic, unlabeled cases. Exchanged CoD in my local store with no questions asked and emailed Gamestop customer support about Outriders and they shipped me another new copy free of charge (so now I have two).
