The Padded Envelopes [usps.com] and Large Boxes [usps.com] I find particularly useful. Just don't go too crazy or they might ban your account. It's my paranoid and careful nature that's inferring this though as I have no evidence of USPS blacklisting anyone. However IMO some restraint when ordering is not a bad idea...

By the way, if you look around at the post office, you will find all kinds of bubble mailers that people discard. I've gotten hundreds that way for free.

Lol. So that's why I get UPS ebay items packed in lots of USPS bubble envelopes.

Not easy to remove old label from Amazon bubblers, otherwise I would definitely reuse them.
The trick is to pull them very slowly, if that does not work, I just put my shipping label over top of the old one.
It's superfluous and not worth the risk abusing free USPS shipping supplies as standard Priority is affordable. I use Pirateship [pirateship.com] to purchase shipping labels online as they have a significant discount when compared to USPS standard retail rates; you can use their shipping calculator [pirateship.com] to see for yourself. Usually Priority Mail is pretty cheap as long as your parcel doesn't exceed 12x12x8 (size of the free Large Priority Box [usps.com])
If the box is not marked/branded I will reuse that of course as well. I find that brown packing tape helps make an old box look like new as it will hide it's battle scars/ signs of use.
