I bought earlier this summer at that same price and have been impressed with how powerful that little saw really is. Recommended.

Corded… not ideal especially if you have a larger yard.

Depends how big the job is. Most battery packs will not supply more than a few minutes of cutting time. Need gas or corded.

Many Amazon reviews complained about oil leaking after each use, chain tension is loose despite tightening it, and the weight of the saw is much too heavy when the pole is extended to 10". You haven't experienced any of that?
