Solid starter bundle. I'd be all over this if I didn't already buy similar tools. They are selling the pancake compressor separately for $99 which is a fair price It has been as low as around $54 at DirectToolsOutlet, but those days may be over.

DTO is a game of blind luck -- you may get it, it may come loose in a cardboard box that's four sizes too big with ZERO padding, it may work, it may be an unassembled lego kit of broken parts.

Yes, but if you're a pro or shooting nails too fast, you'll have to pause every once in a while to let it catch up and come back to pressure.

No this kit is not " hackable ".

Yes, it will work with a framing nailer for DIY / weekend warrior purposes.

My only complaints are that it is louder than I would like ( like when you just want to top up tire pressure on the vehicles ) and it takes a while to get to the 150 psi.

That's only true if you park the vehicle in range of plug. If not I like to let the tank fill up before carrying compressor over to car, to do all 4 in one tank.
