If you already have an individual Southwest Credit Card in your wallet right now but received your SIGN ON BONUS more than 2 years ago, then my advice is to just cancel it today....then, wait 32 days, and then re-apply for a card under this deal to try to get in on this deal with the 75k bonus offer. (I can't guarantee it would work, but that's what I would do, and what I have done in years' past). Offer ends 12/11/2023 so there is 46 days left.
Also, look it up if it is a concern, but Chase also has its 5/24 rule re approving/denying new credit card applications (in case you have had too many new credit cards in the past 24 months).
Also, most people would also delay finishing the $3,000 spending requirement until early January so that they could have these points post in January 2024 (but still be sure to meet the initial 3 month requirement, which is from when you are APPROVED for the card, and not from when you receive the physical card). Trying to have the points post in January 2024 is beneficial because it would provide a healthy start to qualifying for companion pass in 2024 (assuming companion passes will remain the case in 2024).
Finally, if you already have a Rapid Rewards account number, keep it handy and enter it in during the credit card application process (Otherwise they will issue a new rapid rewards number).
Step #1 -- called CS and canceled current accout
Step #2 -- wait 32 days and apply for a new card even though CS said you can apply now.

Is it not possible to have more than one SW card?
For purposes of achieving these bonuses,
SWA allows you to have an individual (personal) card and a business card.
You cannot achieve two quick bonuses from two individual (personal) cards
I don't believe that you can achieve two quick bonuses from two business cards.
Works with one and one.
Since you said you have no individual cards currently (and I assume you have not received a 'personal' SWA initial card bonus in the past 24 months)...., If I were you....I'd apply for this deal (individual) card.
Get the card.
After being approved for this card, promptly cancel the Biz card.
Spend on the individual card, but wait to finish the $3000 in spending until early January.
Wait 32 days since cancellation of your Biz card, and then apply for a SWA business card, either later this year or early next year.

Step #2 -- wait 32 days and apply for a new card even though CS said you can apply now.
That's how I have experienced it in years past. Just my two cents. That is why I wait 32 days.

Is there anyway to get the best of both worlds: 75k from this offer and 20k referral to her?

I am going to check back over the next few days to see if it shows up on the chase refer a friend page. So far, it has not. I don't know. I hope so.
Basically gift cards run at about $50 worth of gift card for every 10,000 points…meaning the 75,000 points add upto about $375 worth of rewards in gift cards…
Every card point deal in the past was $100 per every 10,000 points….so in the past 75,000 points meant $750 in gift cards… not any more though.
Maybe worth more if you actually use for flights though.
Anyway, buyer be aware.
Good luck.
