The site goes blank for me when I sign-in now on desktop; this is on multiple browsers after clearing cookies. It seems that I can still use the site on mobile.

Think they may have some kinks to work out. I can't directly open the login in my Chrome Android browser. I have to try to do something that would require being logged in. Like if try to enter points, the login screen pops up.

No idea what that's about. But it's not worth the time to call them.

The website has a note that they are having difficulties and it is delaying the release of the ornaments. the new release date is the 26th.

Haven't seen anything about the site going back online since the udt posted 11/24 which said, 'We're working on it.'

Feel for whoever is getting the fallout here. Perfectly lousy timing on top of everything.

But my patience is running out. It takes an average of 18ish days for me to get the things that I redeem. If they don't get their act together wicked soon, these aren't even going to make it here before Christmas.

PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT THE INTERNET IS REPORTING A POSSIBLE DISNEY DATABASE BREACH

There are emails offering $2/year Disney+ subscription or Temu Pallets prizes with addresses spoofed to have come from Disney's domain. Some reportedly include members' name specifically.

Please be suspicious of communication from any Disney account as they are all linked.

I was able to redeem mine, but it took about 20 minutes for it to actually load properly. I had been refreshing on my laptop using Chrome and Firefox. It's super glitchy. It then took me about 10 minutes to actually see it under my rewards.
