I receive an email this morning letting me know that I could activate a quarterly 5% cash back on restaurants + dine-in + food ordering apps from Nov-Dec 31st.
Note that not all users got this email, so I'll attach a screenshot and subject line to this thread.

I would have preferred that deal tbh. I'd have to spend 300 in dining, etc, to get what you get spending 100.
Got the same thing too. Not better than the everyday bonus with Costco Visa.
