1) 1-877-430-2355
2) Press 2 to Activate Device
3) Press 2 for a New Number
4) Follow voice prompt to enter IMEI, ZIP code, create PIN, etc. When asked by the prompt if you want to "add to an existing account", say "No". If you purchased a plan with the phone, it will recognize this and automatically activate the SIM for the plan.
When the voice prompt tells you to power on the device, the instructions were incomplete and unclear. If you've never activated a phone before here are the steps:
1) Attached to the box for your phone is the associated SIM card in a pouch; remove and punch out the nano-SIM.
2) Using the SIM tool in the iPhone box (or a small paperclip), pop out your SIM card tray and insert the nano-SIM.
3) Re-insert the SIM tray into the iPhone and power on the phone.
4) Go through the setup process; I recommend connecting to WiFi when prompted to make things go faster.
5) Your phone should be activated within a few minutes of being powered on with the SIM inserted, assuming you went through all the steps in the automated phone activation.
I'm not going to waste my time going there, but thought I'd help others. Be sure to call the local Walmart you are going to, ask if they have the phone in stock (both stores said online they didn't have stock, but both stores did have them in stock) and ask if they have the WARP system for activation. Good luck everyone.

- They first told me that it was still within normal shipment time and to wait (BS)
- When I explained that people who placed orders after me already got theirs shipped, I got transferred to a new rep.
- The new rep first told me that the phone was OOS and that's why my order hadn't shipped.
- When I pointed out that people could place new orders even a few days after I placed my order on 6th, she tried to check something but came back and said "the tool we use to check information is not working." She said she couldn't do anything because of this. But, she did say that she would put in a request to check on my order.
Not sure what to make of this whole thing. This is my first time dealing with ST.

lmfao at the class action lawsuit talk, you wouldn't be on slickdeals if you were about that life.
There's no way to know why some have been returned & others delivered.
It's just a YMMV deal at this point.
If they cancel my order and refund me, who cares? I am made whole. Oh well. It is a $49+45 deal. I will survive with the dozen other phones that I have. It isn't like I spent a $1000 on a phone.
You still seem to miss the point.
They are shipping out orders made after they changed the deal. They are generally not shipping out orders made before.
I don't care if they cancel my order and refund. I just want them to actually do that.
