1) 1-877-430-2355
2) Press 2 to Activate Device
3) Press 2 for a New Number
4) Follow voice prompt to enter IMEI, ZIP code, create PIN, etc. When asked by the prompt if you want to "add to an existing account", say "No". If you purchased a plan with the phone, it will recognize this and automatically activate the SIM for the plan.
When the voice prompt tells you to power on the device, the instructions were incomplete and unclear. If you've never activated a phone before here are the steps:
1) Attached to the box for your phone is the associated SIM card in a pouch; remove and punch out the nano-SIM.
2) Using the SIM tool in the iPhone box (or a small paperclip), pop out your SIM card tray and insert the nano-SIM.
3) Re-insert the SIM tray into the iPhone and power on the phone.
4) Go through the setup process; I recommend connecting to WiFi when prompted to make things go faster.
5) Your phone should be activated within a few minutes of being powered on with the SIM inserted, assuming you went through all the steps in the automated phone activation.
I'm not going to waste my time going there, but thought I'd help others. Be sure to call the local Walmart you are going to, ask if they have the phone in stock (both stores said online they didn't have stock, but both stores did have them in stock) and ask if they have the WARP system for activation. Good luck everyone.

But the $830 credit only works for Go5G Next or Plus customers. You'll be committed to 24 months' service after the trade-in in order to receive the credit in full. So you're new to T-Mobile, you should research if T-Mobile works better for you than your current carrier. I'm a Go5G+ customer, but I'm not particularly interested in an iPhone 15 and I'm not sure if SE3 will continue to be on the higher tier when 16 comes out next year.
So as per the deal if a customer committed to 24 months of T-mobile Go5G Next or Plus service customer ends up paying double the cost of the device in 24 months of service and there's literally no deal for the customer. I am not sure it makes any sense at all.
Why not just buy directly with full price and go with prepaid service with ATT, Cricket or Metro? and don't have to deal with any long term commitments?

Consumer protection laws demand reasonable expectation for delivery time. It would normally be 30 days if no delivery time was given. However Straight Talk's website says
1-3's once shipped. Thing is they also state you won't be charged until item is shipped yet they have charged a lot of us with no updates or while saying pending.
That makes it reasonable to assume they should be in the shipping state initiating that 1-3 day window.
So they are borderline committing consumer fraud. Not based on the lack of updates but because they took our money when stating that only happens once shipped.

Edit: Love the downvotes for being one of the people that followed the rules online and hasn't had a phone shipped. Spent 4 hours in a store today and told the Straight Talk phones weren't activating after pacing the store 3 hours. Just trying to get a phone for myself. Not one of the losers trying to flip them to kill the deal for users that will actually use them.
