Also, YT check out Retro Game Corps, Russ's videos are super informative!
N64, Dreamcast, PSP and DS have all been a decent experience to a degree, though I would look for a more powerful device if those systems are what you are really after.

The only things we know about @sickysickybrah 's kid is that he is the poster's 9 year old son, that the poster said that the kid is into Mario and Sonic games and that he 'loves it'.
The poster did mention that the system comes with 30,000 games and informed us that we should absolutely get the 128gb card. We also found out that despite the 30k package of games additional Mario games were manually added.
We don't know some pretty important things like how many total games the 9 year old is playing and for how long they play.
If I gave you a typical 9 year level read and comp test ---> you know where you read a paragraph and then answer a question about 'what happened', how would you do?
I'm completely joking around of course!!!
Really school in a great many cases is for creating good employees. You know folks who happily, diligently or perhaps desperately generate the 99% to hand off to the 1%. Not exactly a high bar. I'm not advocating skipping school entirely to play video games, still it must be noted that very often school is shyte.

How does one download/create ROM for this? seems ppl is saying the SD comes with the unit is not good?

Supposedly the SD cards included in these devices are unreliable so should be replaced. You can get a boot microSD that is 16GB for $8 (https://www.amazon.com/SanDisk-Ul...B074B4P7KD) and a larger microSD for the ROMs. I was thinking of getting this 256GB drive for $14 https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0897BBCYP/ [amazon.com]
You will also want a microSD card reader (USB or may be built into your laptop) to transfer the OS files and ROMs.
It seems like you format the two cards, flash the OS onto the smaller card, then boot from that while having the empty 2nd card inserted as well. It then builds a directory structure that you can drop your ROMs and the emulator BIOS files into.
If you want ROMs, Google "tiny best set go" or "retro roms best set" (larger but has some PSP) and get the torrent from the archive.org website.
For BIOS files, it looks like you can Google "retroarch bios pack."
I am not sure why the coupon didn't work for you, I just checked and was still able to add it to my cart for $61 + tax.
