How is the Roku built into those TVs? Is it good enough or is there a reason to add a stick like this instead?
The integrated Roku will usually be good enough for the panel it's paired with. The only reason to buy a separate Roku would be for higher quality audio output, as only the newer 4K TVs will have eARC for uncompressed surround

Wish there was a way to connect to BT headphones without fiddling with a smartphone. That's what keeps me from moving from Fire TV stick.
Add a dedicated Bluetooth transmitter? The Bluetooth built into a streaming box likely sucks anyways. Almost definitely no AAC, AptX, or LDAC support, and I'd be surprised if it could do multiple devices at once

It's pretty good, not as good as my old roku ultra or my nvidia shield but I'd say it's actually decent.

Built-in gets the job done actually and it's pretty good on FireTV.

Since this is a 2021 model, does it mean it's jailbreakable?

I always buy the knockoff remotes from amazon for like $7, they work well enough.
my kids lose them like it's their job so I keep an extra or two on hand for how cheap they are.
I don't think those knockoff remotes have voice control.

they don't, but I don't care. My kids will lose or break them anyway so it's not a big deal to me.
the buttons all work and that's all I'm concerned with.

Just put the Roku remote app on their phones. They can stream from their phone to Roku thru the app when they do that.

they don't have phones, I am ok with a $7 remote getting trashed or lost.
