The terms say you need to buy the 3 months directly from mint mobile. Doesn't say you can buy from Target or Best Buy. I hope you can but terms say buy from Mint

I checked with a Mint mobile agent and they said there is an issue with their system and the offer is not working right now on their site. She said there is no promo code. The 3 free months should be automatically added to your cart. She suggested trying again in a few hours.

dumb question but how do they know if you are an existing customer? I'm asking because I need 5g for my surface pro x, Wil Mint knows because of my surface pro x imei number? I don't care about getting a different phone number since I dod not text or make any phone calls. Some guidance would be appreciated it.

I don't believe Mint enforces the IMEI check actively since it was introduced a few years ago. When you activate your sim on their website you are given the option of inputting your IMEI or skipping it and just providing your phone's brand/model. Choose the latter.

I just bought the 3 month with a $30 gift card Target deal but haven't activated yet. Should I return it or will I still be able to activate it 6 months from now after I'm done with this deal? In the past I was able to activate a card I got from Best Buy after about 60 days but I'm not sure I want to risk 6 months.

As long as you activate it by 1/15/2024 you'll get the extra 3 months for free.

This is what mint mobile customer service said. I might be returning the sim to target ( I understand that you are inquiring on promotional plan offer for "buy 3 get 3". I will definitely help you with that. However, the free 3 months promotion is only available on our mint website. Would you like to take advantage of the promotion or you wanted to activate your mint sim card that you purchased from Target?)

Sorry you must've misunderstood my question. I'm definitely getting this deal. But I recently purchased a card from the recent Target deal for 3 months that I want to keep and use after I'm done with this deal in 6 months. Would I still be able to activate the Target card 6 months from now?
