The terms say you need to buy the 3 months directly from mint mobile. Doesn't say you can buy from Target or Best Buy. I hope you can but terms say buy from Mint

I checked with a Mint mobile agent and they said there is an issue with their system and the offer is not working right now on their site. She said there is no promo code. The 3 free months should be automatically added to your cart. She suggested trying again in a few hours.

Is the SIM delivered in a normal letter size envelope? (I'm traveling and don't want a large letter sitting outside, unable to get through a mail slot.)

Also if someone refers me to the 15gb plan they get $60 and I get $15. Does that offer also expire in a few days or is it an ongoing offer? Thanks.

Anyone having trouble porting their number. I keep getting an error and verified it was not T-Mobile. No way to get help in app since it says continue with their temp number

As a new customer, if I buy Mint Mobile plan on 12/31/2023, would I be able to activate it on 2/13/2024 and get 3+3 months of service?

Okay, I got the six months for free from the buy six months offer with the pixel 7 pro, but am already a mint member and am sitting on this new sim. Can I combine them, or do port my number out and then back in, or just sell the 12 months of service to someone else, and they port in. Does that impact the new phone I got, like is the IMEI attached to the account?

I have a number that's currently at Mint that I want to transfer to a new Mint plan.

Since Mint doesn't do that, does anyone have experience with porting the number to a 3rd party and immediately back to Mint from there? Any recommendations on what service to use for that?

Had the same issue. Gave them a call where they escalated it to their tech team. Got a notification about 3 hours later that it ported successfully.
