Decided to give this bike a go since I'm not really looking for anything super amazing, just a bike to ride around town. After tax it came to $379 for me personally.

Yeah I knew right away they would give you grief. The battery is nearly as much as we paid for the entire bike. They sell it for $300.
Assembled the bike slowly, definently not a high end bike by any means but for the price of ~$270 I'm happy with it. Battery came nearly fully charged. I set the Pedal Assist to level 5 and it took off well. Speedometer read ~21mph just with it freewheeling. Was too dark to test it out by the time I was done putting it together will try to give it a test ride tonight.

Same, heard nothing back. Called them.and they told me to email. No customer service at all.

Thoroughly disappointed with this bike and the experience with Huffy. Bike arrived damaged with two flat tires (unable to keep air in) and a busted fender. Huffy customer service was responsive - saying they would ship parts. 2 weeks later, they said they actually weren't shipping the parts. We asked to return. They said the return would only be accepted in the original box, which again, was damaged in initial transport. So now we have a broken bike, a broken box, and no resolution in sight.
