Requires AT&T service and phone payment plan. You may want to include that in your title.

Can't I transfer esim to another phone and then request unlock, then cancel?

Also I would think Sunday is three days from today
If you pay off the phone today, the system will count Thursday as your activation date. Then 3 days include Thusday isn't it Saturday?

I think eSim just like physical sim so we can just transfer it to another phone, make a couple of phone calls, or text so the system can register a new IMEI. then when that IMEI is free we can request unlock as NON-ATT MEMBER. Then cancel the line

I guess it is how ATT interprets the day, lol. I would think , today day 0, tomorrow day 1 . If I rented a car from today until tomorrow - that would be one day.

Anyway, I will try and get everything done on Saturday when the phone hopefully arrives. If not I will just pay one month , get the $75 credit from Chase to somehow offset it. I plan to call ATT and inquire about activation fee waiver with AARP tomorrow, just incase I pay for one month. Hopefully I wont have to pay two months to get it unlocked

i could be wrong, so don't take my word for it. Everything is unsure as every CS rep i talk to none of them gives me solid answers and just repeats the policy. and all that is what i learned through these deals is don't trust ATT CS rep until you see the bill or issue is resolved. sometimes depends on the CS rep too, they can waive the activation fees if they think Sunday is within 3 days. so its all depends on the person who handling your case. Some rep is very good and trying to resolve the issue for you. So if you can request unlock on Saturday i would try to do it then cancel on same day

What kind of stick did stores have last year, especially mid level storage? Do you you need to get in line tonight or do they have decent supply? How fast did they sell out online?

For those who are currently on ATT, roughly how much are all the extra fees monthly (surcharges , tax, admin fees… etc)?

For Costco ATT, can anyone confirm if GC & trade in both stack?

ATT autopay save $10/line? Save another $10/line from work employer stackable?

Debating whether to jump ship to ATT from T-Mobile…

Yeah, tomorrow is Friday. I am going to try to get waived fee prior to canceling (nothing to do with 3 day rule) - using AARP, they may tell me I have to port in a number to get the AARP promo, just so its noted on my account, in case I stick it out longer than 3 days and get charged for a month

Which make this is a good deal if you have multiple line on ATT, the iPhone pro 15 with trade-in and gift card net you $175
Also, you don't have to give up your debit card or a bank account number for auto pay. You can still use the credit card but discount is $5 instead of $10.

But with that said postpaid, four lines unlimited starter we are paying after tax about $200

Beware of AT&T evaluation process. I traded my unlocked iPhone 13 (in a perfect condition) towards a 14 model and they sent me a cash card of $350 saying - we could not evaluate your old phone.

Also, don't lose your flexibility of unlocked phones. AT&T will not unlock even your secondary SIM until you pay the device off (in 3 years!!). TMobile to me is the most reasonable carrier of all with least malpractices.

Your best bet is to trade in store at a corporate store and avoid the risk of shipping it.

Is anyone seeing iPhone 15 pro available for ATT 128 or 256 GB? When I add it to cart it prompts saying item not available in stock, try again later

You don't need to port in number with them since you are going to cancel the account anyway. Just pay off after you activated the phone, then you can port it out. If you cancel within 3 days they waived activation fees and just own 3 days prorated
