SSD socket too. Both are under the battery so not terrible access.
FHD display panel is M50442-001 which might be IPS. At least replacements are.
Probably reasonable for the money.
Edit: They list two manuals on the support page, but none are for the 17-cn2xxxxx, they list cn0 and cn1. So maybe isn't right or maybe it is.
They actually show 2 slots but say:
Not customer-accessible
Up to 16 GB of DDR4-3200, DDR4-2933, DDR4-2666, or DDR4-2400 dual-channel support
Supports the following configurations:
● 16 GB (8 × 2)
● 12 GB (8 + 4)
● 8 GB (8 × 1 or 4 × 2)
● 4 GB (4 × 1)
But the guide shows how to replace in the document, so maybe these guides are not applicable, and it isn't user upgradable after all.
