I'm very disappointed in this wireless mouse. Button clicks not responding and only owned about two years. I have also the wired version for about 5 years and haven't had any issues but I really wanted wireless.

Dont buy anything Razer ..not mice at least

Buy Logitech imo

Everyone has different experiences obviously, but my experience with Logitech customer service was so utterly atrocious that I switched to Razer. I've heard awful things about their customer service too, but I've had fantastic experiences the two times I've had to work with them.

Obviously your milage may vary though!!

Looks like I got this last holiday season for $85 with free razer wrapping paper. I assume this will be slightly cheaper at some point before EOY.

my personal history, I've never had issues with this mouse using it for work daily. my previous razer was a 2014 naga. didn't have any problems with that either.

I did have a Logitech g600 equivalent naga type mouse that somehow got the onboard memory fried at some point

Note, this is the older version with micro-usb charging, not usb C

I've been a user of Logitech mice for almost 20 years, and I will no longer be purchasing their products because of how downhill their support has gone. I had a scroll wheel stop working on a mouse (G502 Hero) after about 6 months. Sent them the issue, asking for support. They then proceed to ask me to take a video showcasing the issue, with the case number written on a sheet of paper. Also they wanted the serial number of the mouse to also be included in the video. THEN they wanted me to trust a third-party with that video, and send them a link to it. They had no way to submit the video directly to them, and there was no way I was trusting video of my property with a third-party. They eventually relented and sent me a replacement but it's ridiculous how awful their support has gotten.
