Buy Logitech imo
Everyone has different experiences obviously, but my experience with Logitech customer service was so utterly atrocious that I switched to Razer. I've heard awful things about their customer service too, but I've had fantastic experiences the two times I've had to work with them.
Obviously your milage may vary though!!
my personal history, I've never had issues with this mouse using it for work daily. my previous razer was a 2014 naga. didn't have any problems with that either.
I did have a Logitech g600 equivalent naga type mouse that somehow got the onboard memory fried at some point
Note, this is the older version with micro-usb charging, not usb C

Going to hold onto my g600 till I can't haven't found any new wireless big company mice that have that ring finger button and a side keypad. Have you?
