I got good condition , which I will use to trade-in against Z fold 6 next year.

It will have no return fee since its already open box in case you do not like it.

Trade-in value of $1000 for Z fold 5 at samsung.com

Unlocked so will work with any carrier. You can apply trade-in value but TIV are not inflated.

To add it into cart, you have to change your default store to city of that store , than add to cart button will be enabled and you will be able to checkout.

Just picked up mine from store. Even though it was good condition but phone is in mint condition. Only cable is missing . Happy with purchase . Good luck all...

Found a refurb for $490 at a BB Outlet.

Kinda confusing when it comes to the condition. Clicking the page for it says it's Geek Squad Certified Refurbished, and Best Buy's main website says that means "like-new state (may have minor scratches)".

But the Outlet only shows a description for Open Box-Refurb, which states it "works like new but may look used".

Will just reject it in person if it isn't the Geek Squad description.
