I got the info that return window is 14 days after delivery. Looks like I will have to return it. not sure if I even want to try chat now. Looks risky to switch phones. (Again, when it was physical SIMs, I had phones swapped multiple times between Xfinity lines)

The credits didnt show up before porting was completed, they now show up. And there is no difference in the portal between the line I turned the phone on and the line I haven't turned on so far...
