This is my installation in case anyone was curious what they looked like

I have the 100 ft kit but did a lot of research beforehand. The power supply included in the kits will only allow for the max of 150 feet. If you attempt to chain additional strings, the lights will flicker or not even light up from what I've read. Solution is to buy multiple kits and plug them into separate outlets and use the app to sync the different kits so they behave as one.

I own 30 different Govee products and I love them all and I love the company and their customer service is second to none. Govee hosts their own products on Amazon and works with Amazon. That's why the prices are the same but they are not always exactly the same. If you plan on buying more Govee products in the future, or you think you might, you won't get rewards points buying on Amazon but you will from their website FYI

I put these up last Saturday after putting out off since July, thinking it would be hard, but it was really straight forward and easy. If you have the ladder to do it, you can definitely do it yourself. My bit of advice: I couldn't screw the screws directly into the eaves when putting up the clips, so I drilled a hole first then screwed them in.

I have aluminum gutters or eaves where I want to install these. Screwing holes is not an option into those things, so I guess I can only do the adhesive. The adhesive comes off in a few months per a few posts here so I guess I am out of luck and cannot buy these.

Great deal. Bought in July and still holding up. Only gripe is they don't do a Daylight white. There's a new RGBICWW if you need that color.
The Govee app has plenty of community/shared scenes that make it easy to apply seasonal lights.
Great integration with IFTTT and Google Home.

I don't have these lights so cannot comment there, but what I use for regular outdoor Christmas lights is these: Holidaylighthooks.com
They've worked really well for the last couple of years. Can hook over the gutters and be crimped down or used under shingles.

You can use sheet metal screws.
