I'm rocking an AVR-X4400H with a well balanced 7.1 Atmos setup.
Display is a 2017 OLED65C7P which is a great viewing experience.
Should I throw money at a new receiver or display?
Thanks for your input,

This gives much more power, processes 13 channels(with external amp).
You lose out on more 8k inputs(this has 1), 2 more sub outs & option for Dirac upgrade.
You could add MultiEQ-X for $199(sale around $150) to this which would give you pretty much the same features as Dirac.
Here is a comparison of the two.

If AQ is well balanced have a great PQ viewing experience what is the issue you are trying to fix/change?
Is it actually worth $800 out of pocket to go from a 6300 to a 6700? I'm certain $3000 out of pocket to go to a 6800 is not.
Seems like pricing is going up faster than features.

Yes the 6800 is a steep jump in price but does/will add both Dirac RC's and wouldn't be surprised if ART is offered at some point.
As you can see just in here how highly praised Dirac is.
You could just add MultiEQ-X and upgrade your 6300 to Dirac levels.

So if you get a refurb, be sure to TEST it out completely.

Thanks for the advice! I saw lots of hit or miss opinions on the Denon refurbs, I bought the Asurion extended warranty just in case.
