Always assume tv speakers are garbage alone unless specifically stated in the description.

Review says it's good. My concern is that I won't be able to stream my own stuff from Plex:

Note: The Plex app for Xumo/Xfinity does not support the ability to access personal media from a Plex Media Server.

I already have a separate Roku and fire stick but probably leaning towards the one with Google from Target at the same price and size.

For anyone wondering...

Pioneer, with its Kuro plasma TV line, was once lauded as making the best TVs you could buy. But the company exited the TV market in 2010 and sold its home electronics division to Onkyo in 2014. Voxx International acquired Onkyo's assets last year and reached a licensing deal for the Pioneer and Pioneer Elite brands, but the deal didn't include TVs. Instead, our research indicates that Compal Electronics, a Taiwanese manufacturer, now has the license for Pioneer TVs in the U.S. It previously held the license to the Toshiba TV brand—until Hisense bought Toshiba in 2017.

No idea of the quality of this TV, but I think I'd stick to a Google or Roku operating system in this price range.

Their old tvs are actually worth more than the new ones.

Who makes pioneer these days? Is it still actual Pioneer or is it 3rd party now? I know sharp aquos is trying to make a comeback stateside now, hoping we get back to the golden age w/ Pioneer & Panasonic too. Panasonic we can still get through value electronics, not sure who else will be able to carry them.

I've still got mine in the basement for my working out TV. Still running strong going on 16 years now. Just can't let her go
