The H12 Pro is essentially a Tineco S7 Pro 2 clone (edge to edge roller) for half the price, except the docking station that cleans the roller also has heat. So the roller actually gets dried instead of staying wet for hours like the Tineco or any other wet/dry vacuum where it can grow mildew. Also like Tineco, you can get replacement rollers and such for cheaper on your favorite Chinese app.

No tax in CA also, which is a plus. Tineco customer support is really good, wonder how Dreame compares.

Thanks for clarifying for CA. Its interesting you say that about Tineco, because when i was researching all these different wet/dry vacuum brands, it was 50/50 on quality of Tineco's customer service. Luckily I've never even needed to contact them for my vacuum.

That's what worries me about Dreametech. No US based support and these batteries do fail (Tineco's too) quickly, that's why I am going for the Tineco S5 steam just to avoid future battery headaches.
