you gotta spend $50 to save $50, it's fine if you already have the membership but if you don't, it's not that slick. Or am I missing someting?

I have the membership. The membership also gives you Apple Care+ I also have a BH card so I dont pay tax but I still buy at BB due to the apple care as thats the better deal.

I think you're talking about "My Best Buy Total" ($179/yr), but the forced subscription here is "My Best Buy Plus" ($50/yr). Plus gives you a 60 day return window, but no difference in warranty.

ah ok. I have taken advantage of this several times before. Actually just yesterday I pricematched 3 apple watched I bought on launch week and thanks to the 60 return window, I was able to get $92 back via online chat. So for me the total tech tends to pay for itself with pricematches alone throughout the year. its cheaper for me to buy a new MacBook at BB wiht apple care than to buy it from Apple with education pricing since id have to add apple care.

Went to Apple Store and they price matched to $1,799, was worth it since I have Apple Card so 3% cash back + 0% interest on 12 month payment plan
