I know these aren't super hot deals but FGN is hard to beat for MIJ quality (aside from Fender Japan/Aerodyne). They're not great at marketing so the resale value on these is difficult to put a number on.
One deal I didn't mention though, Drop Dee will price match the J-Standard Mythic JMY72ASHE sold by Legator Guitars (they're a FGN distributor) for $1200. They won't charge sales tax or shipping.

Agreed on both points. Very well regarded guitar makers & without much US-brand demand wrt resale. The high-end Ibanez Prestige guitars are made in the same factory. In this "Behind the Ibanez Prestige" Youtube video, note all the Fujigen (FGN) shirts in the factory. https://youtu.be/0-3dmgf2eT4?si=Y...Ma-S&t=103
another +1 for Fujigen. i have a Fujigen-made Ibanez that plays as good or better than guitars that cost 3x as much. too bad their traditional T-styles aren't available; i'd pick one up in a second.

There is a used Ibanez S Classic made by Fujigen locally available I was eying, but the sellers are firm at $400 and it's hard to determine the condition. Small area so not much of a used market outside from beat up guitars at almost new prices. Hoping to see some more sub $400 guitars in the next few days for me to hop on.
Getting back into playing after a 10-12 year break so don't need anything too fancy.
Resale is shit. If you get one, just know that. I'm sure they're fine instruments. Just don't expect a quick or profitable sale if you change your mind or if you want to move on to something else
