I had another annual plan from them and it threw away the rest of the time overriding the previous plan.

They were the same exact annual plan on top of each other and I had 6 months or so left.

Ugh, I gave Red Pocket two tries. Never again. Tello treats me right.

Tip to save on tax (ONLY if you are Renewing): Red Pocket sends the activation code via email, so give a shipping address in a no-sales tax state and avoid the taxes.

Doesn't work on new sim purchases as you will need the physical sim to be mailed to you.

Scam scam company. Don't pay for their services you get none. I signed up and prepaid for a year then tried to upgrade service and they just cancelled the rest of the years service I had. I reached out to them 2 or 3 times and got no help. Don't go through this company. Mint mobile or Tello is better services. Their company is a complete ripoff.
Apparently, You don't know how to read.
How do I change my plan?
NOTE: Key word here is CHANGE
You will forfeit the minutes, text messages and data provided by your previous plan.
You will immediately see your newly selected plan and a new renewal date.

Side note: If you renew using the same plan, It will stack with your current annual plan end date by 360 days. "No loss"

To those with RP experience, any issues with deprioritization? My whole family has been happy with Mint service in the SF Bay area, but this is double the data for just a few cents more per month.
Redpocket was good. It's not good anymore. Constantly have dropped calls. While not common, you sometimes have to tinker with the apn settings because you are unable to connect to the network. It technically works, but it's definitely not a trouble-free setup and forget experience. The monthly (30 days) roll over to the next month is not always smooth. You may find that you have no service for a very short period of time. Had to contact customer service because the monthly rollover did not happen. Login to redpocket account to find that my 360 day account was "expired" with several months left. RP customer fixed the issue and said that it was a system error. Fortunately, I was home when it occurred and had internet access. It was gsma. Have since dropped RP. It was cheap but not worth the stress for me. Still deal with the dropped calls because a friend that I communicate with often has RP. He has his work phone as a backup, so he is willing to put up with the issues.
Everyone has different experiences. This is just my RP story.

Good luck.

Worst choppy service. Even their website is outdated - like it was developed in the 90's

Where does it say within 90 days on eBay? Or is this standard for RP?

There is a 90 days activation period from the day you purchase. My expire 12/28. I'll have to activate on 12/27 with the renewal code. That way I don't loose existing credit & extend it another year.

So if you're up for renewal, don't rush in to put in the activation code before your current annual plan almost expire.

Yes, you have 90 days to activate after purchase.

I don't think it stacks, even if you purchase the same plan. It will cancel the existing plan when the new plan starts.

It is in the "Terms And Conditions" tab on their ebay listing:
"Online Product Purchases are ineligible for refunds after thirty (30) calendar days from the order date. Online Product Purchases bundled with a service plan must be activated within ninety (90) calendar days of the order date. Any Online Product Purchases that are not activated by customer within ninety (90) calendar days of the order date may be rendered inactive and the bundled service plan expired."

I have 4 lines for 4 years, and it's stacked every time. Although, once it shorted me 2 weeks, but a simple chat, it was fixed in 5 minutes. I recommend taking a screenshot before you do it. CYA
A different plan will not stack!

It probably won't stack, because your current plan is 8GB and the new plan for AT&T is 10GB.

"GSMA, GSMT, or CDMA" aren't those 2G and 3G technologies? Meaning real-world downloading speed is limited to around 10 Mbps?

Based on previous years sales, do we have an idea when this deal ends?

The main Red Pocket site has a counter that shows sale lasting 10 more days but it's not clear that relates to the eBay annual plans.
