Did anyone purchase the warranty on this? If so, how much was it?

This is a good deal, right? Like I'm sure I'll wish for a second battery when blowing leaves but the price seems solid.
we have the 730CFM blower and it eats through batteries. Ours came with 2. Of course it was more expensive.

I struck out at the store. :-/ I am not sure about battery powered yard tools but thought i would give it a try. The have the same kits in my s tore with one more battery for 329. one expensive battery.laugh out loud
Battery is good for very small lawns and trimming. Blower is handy for blowing out garage and keeping porch clean. Not for fall cleanup. Know their limits and they are great. Just don't expect them to perform like their claims for time and power. They do not keep up with gas no matter what anyone tells you. I have tried. And stay away from Ego. Overpriced crap. I hated it. The other thing is take batteries off charger when done...not like the moment of but don't let them sit on their for days or weeks it will kill them.

Edit1: Also, I don't see it mentioned anywhere, but according to the product videos on the page for the combo, this trimmer has the Expand-It attachment functionality.
The attachment capability should really be a highlighted feature, but even the Home Depot item description buries it in the details.

This is a great deal if you are in the 40v line but make sure you know before you purchase this isn't compatible with the massively popular One+ line. Someone unsuspecting may order this thinking it will be compatible with their other tools and it will not. Otherwise great!

"Limited Stock" locally, but 5+ available when I went. How does the 18v HP string trimmer compare to the 40v HP? I'm already on the 18v ecosystem, would rather not bring on another set of batteries if I dont have to.

I figure it's probably a little more powerful, but idk from experience. I got this deal because it's the carbon fiber Expand-It trimmer and both are brushelss. I already have the 40v chainsaw and battery, and the strongest 18v blower I saw was 450cfm, so I was already wanting to get something like this pair. I probably wouldn't have if I didn't have an additional 40v battery already.

Thanks for the heads up. I found it at another store. I did not realize the batteries are 200 dollars a piece if you buy them alone. Maybe they just want us to get into their ecosystem.

I mainly wanted the blower for when i have something to clean up and i don't want to smell like exhaust from my stihl the rest of the day.
