That would be Verizon or T-Mobile. Since they charge only $25 a month on a monthly plan, the saving is only $50 over a year or $4.16 a month. Does not seem to be much of a slick deal.

It's a fair assessment, but Verizon is the only carrier that works for me. Plus, US Mobile doesn't throttle the speed like Visible. I have been with USMobile for exactly 1 year now and the experience is super. Additional $50 saving is a plus for me.

Thanks for the catch, yes its T-mo, fixed. US mobile is already one of the lowest cost MVNO so you'll not see giant savings over their normal rates. Compare $250/yr 30GB to Slickdeals to fav Red Pocket whose normal price of $360 25GB was on sale LY for $300.

Just get helium mobile. Only $5 a month which totals to $60 a year if I can do decent math. And the company/product allows you to earn credits for your bill which could result in free service for the year
This is only offered in Miami.

Not necessarily. I have 4 unlimited lines for $100 taxed per month. It also includes 2 free monthly perks, which I selected Disney and Netflix. I switched from TMo and am quit happy with their services.
What carrier do you have that offers that?

I did with Mint before, however Mint really sucked for some reason after I signed up with 1 year service. I tried it for 3months and it was fine. I think US mobile uses Verizon tower so it has some better coverage and better performance than Mint. IF you live in an area that has good coverage, that will save you some money. It will not lock your phone or whatever for a whole year, you can switch after a month if you are not happy, just like throwing money in the water that way. But if you are not looking to switch to another carrier and you like the service, then yes a year would def. save you money.

Been with US Mobile for six months now. Few things I learned
1. If you cross the data limit then your phone is essentially just a calling and sms device. Even iMessage wouldn't work. So I switched from buying 6GB to unlimited to avoid this issue.
2. They don't throttle generally but data did get deprioritized during thanksgiving. I had five bars in the middle of Times Square with no data connection. This persisted all this weekend whenever I was in Manhattan. No issues once I am across the border in NJ. I was well under 30 GB limit for unlimited plan. I checked
Yes, usually I don't use that much data on my phone. But once I used the phone for hotspot and it went over like 50GB that month and omg it helped me to use my phone less since it took forever just to open a website.

According to Visible, they don't throttle the data. You get low priority when the network is congested. I can't imagine that not being the same for US Mobile.
Somehow I doubt that. When I complain to a rep in chat, they "re-provision" and speeds come back but they don't last. I've been getting more and more LTE on visible also and less 5g lately. Willing to try try us mobile but porting over and going back and forth is a hassle.

Right. You are going to get the same service on us mobile vs visible in terms of 4G/5G network. The only thing that changes plan to plan is data limits

We've been with them for over a year and started with two phones and added a third, all on "pooled" data. I'd suggest checking each phone for how much data it uses, totaling it up and only purchasing what you need. There is no penalty for adding more data in the middle of the month.
We have 2 lines with 2GB pooled for $18 a month. Top offs are automatic and are $2 a GB. We use cheaper Phones and they last 4-5 years for us. The automatic top offs are new and make it much easier to put our base usages really small. We will probably average 5GB a month between us. We are old school. We watch TV on TVs and listen to music on stereos!

1. You want to make sure the date of activation is the date you want to cancel the old post paid plan (switch time usually is within a few hours).
2. Activate the new plan and you will need a port out pin. To get the pin, you WILL have to call your current provider.

Since you are new user, you will need early access code from existing user. Check your PM and I have sent you the code.

That's it. 🙂
Thank you, after multiple calls with my carrier and chat with US mobile. I am able to sort it out.

That is the old plan. Current Unlimited Starter is 30GB per month, throttled to 1mbpbs after, I however have seen up to 29mbps on C band after using all my allotted data.
I checked with customer service and the Cyber week deal has a cap of 30GB before it gets throttled to 1mbps.
