HP advised me it was too late to cancel my 40L order, even though I requested cancel 1 day after purchasing and the custom order was not supposed to ship until Dec 8th.
So now I have 2 computers coming my way and will possibly get charged for returning one of them??

I talked to a supervisor. He put a return to sender on it with the carrier in case it doesn't get cancelled in time.
The rep mentioned this to me too but said they can only try that once a tracking number has been provided. So the supervisor did that already for you??
I may call again and elevate it further.
Equipment arrived yesterday.
I could not get my original order canceled and was worried that the air-cooled CPU might create too much noise. However I have been pleasantly surprised to find it is more silent that my old rig, even though I am running at 4k res now, instead of 1080p. It is a keeper
