All of those fake sugars are bad for you. Aspartame was one of the OG sugar replacements and the WHO just released it causes cancer. The other fake sugars create a situation where your body thinks it's ingesting sugar and releases insulin that doesn't go to use. This creates insulin resistance.
IMO, you're far better off drinking something with real sugar.
