Great deal. Will be returning the one I bought at Microsoft Store and use the refund for future Microsoft Store deals.

Update. Went to the store but saw the Forza bundle for the same price and bought that instead and cancel the Diablo bundle. Thanks OP.

This is correct. The game cannot be sold. It is a digital download not a code. It starts downloading automatically after you set up the xbox and connect to WiFi.

Source: just bought this bundle at target last week.

darn you all. I caved and got the forza 5 bundle. That is the $100 premium edition or else I would wait a year and end up with some other bundle with a $10 game I don't actually want.

If you know, does the game get linked to your Xbox account so you can download on a second console in the house, or does it only download on the console from the bundle?

I was trying to get the forza bundle and hopefully it's back in stock. Ended up ordering a Diablo bundle even though I have ZERO interest in Diablo and will never play it.

My area seems to have only one store with any of these bundles at this price. Even if you order for shipping, it will probably come delivered from that store. I had to play around with shipping and pickup to find it. Maybe more stores will come online with inventory soon or else keeping it as an instore deal.
