Yeah my guess as well. I believe the refresh will have 2TB and a new controller right? But I believe the performance won't change.

Walmart gets volume deals that nobody else does. It's always possible Microsoft sold them all of the remaining inventory at a nice discount.

Walmart is the only company who lowers the price and has tons in stock for everyone, meanwhile Target and Amazon sell out in a few minutes and that's it.

Has anyone who ordered from the Microsoft chat to price match automatically received the difference back to their card? Microsoft indicated "once we received a notification that order has been delivered the price match for $90 will be processed and credited on your account". My console was delivered yesterday but so far no credit back. Just wondering if I need to contact them again.

They told me it could take 3-5 days to process through your bank. That being said mine was instantly there on 11/29. But my console was delivered on 11/28 before I called them on 11/29.

I had to contact them again even though they told me the same thing. My order arrived yesterday so I waited until today before contacting them and I received the credit.
