It's a dissociative like ketamine but lasts a whole lot longer. If you take it too often it can and probably will cause mental problems and liver damage. Primarily it works great if you have a cold. It suppresses the sensation to cough which can help a cold from getting worse or turning into pneumonia.
For those reasons this is the ideal stuff to take since it doesn't have acetaminophen. Coridcin cough and cold HBP also works well too. Too much acetaminophen is really bad for you and is only needed if you got a fever along with the cold when following recommended dosage.
