There is a sticker on the box, it has the panel type as "Rev". The BOE panel that I received had Rev B0BT1121, the much better LG panel is Rev L0IT1111. You may receive different panel codes, so when you get the box just google the code and it should tell you who made it. No need to even open the box.

You're being too cheap this is a good deal for the monitor ips are usually 200 plus at that resolution and refresh rate but buy it will sell out

I tried the Sceptre 32" 1440p IPS one and really did not like it. Colors felt off and my eyes could not comfortably adjust to it for some reason - not brightness related, as it doesn't even get bright enough for that. My unit also made a high pitched sound so that was reason enough for me to return it. Got myself an LG for $300 shortly after.

With that said, there are plenty of good reviews on both. I've never personally tried the HP Omen monitor, but I'd be willing to try if I were in the market, especially at this price.
