I ran 2 full loads just today. Cooking meals makes a lot of dishes especially when you make things from scratch.
Best deal yet! Comes out to around $.15 a pod which at best, Costco on sale is around $.20/$.19 a pod
You only wash your dishes 62 times a year?

No coupon for me? Why? 😢

Could be because you used it already. I used the $3 coupon on Cascade several days ago and the coupon isn't there for me either. I canceled it because it wasn't that great a deal as this. I'll let you know if the coupon pops back up.

Edited to add: yes, that was it. I waited a tad after cancelling and then the coupon showed up for this.

Yes. Many cancel once the item ships. I cancel once it's been delivered.

edit:

if you subscribed in error, yes, you can cancel it. it's very simple on Amazon.

I load and run that damn thing every night. I've got my process down on how to fit the most dishes in there so nothing gets left out. Usually it's pretty packed with just dishes and silverware. I would get these but I prefer the Platinum Plus version. I think they work much better and don't seem to make some of my glasses get foggy looking.
Dishwashers can hold like 20 plates, 10 bowls, a dozen glasses, and 20+ pieces of silverware and you fill it every single day? Do you have a large family and eat every meal at home?

Does anyone else have issues with these sticking to the cup and thus not falling into the water and not dissolving?

I didn't at first but about 2/3 of the way through the Costco pack it started to happen on occasion and by the end of the pack it was happening every time. The pods don't look or feel any different but it seems like they must have gotten old over time? I bought the Finish Quantum last time because of this and so far they've been good but so were the Cascade at first so who knows. Maybe being in two separate resealable packages will help.

An hour and a half ago I did try use the link provided and searched on Amazon and the deal was over so it came back on thank you and for one

Clarification what I mean is the price had changed and the manufacturer coupon had gone away and now I refreshed my screen did not change anything else and boom. The price of changed in the coupon was back.

Actually, the opposite we've used the small little cubes that are powder like and for us they stick, and we have issues with for these type of gel ones for us. They clean our dishes much better but again everybody has a slightly different washing machine.

I showed normal delivery times, not delayed. Maybe inventory is location-specific?

Thanks got this.

I like this deal a lot better than the other Cascade deal of getting 3, waiting 30 days for Amazon rebate, and filling out P&G Rebate form. To many hoops to jump through.

Give me a no-nonsense immediate deal and coupon like this any day.

I bought this deal before and am using it now on my Bosch dishwasher. I think the Finish Powerball Quantum works better and is usually cheaper. The dishwasher also came with the Finish sample pod so I'm assuming that's what they're suggesting to use.

We are in need of a new dishwasher. Do you recommend a Bosch?

Amen to this! We're a family of 4, and when we remodeled our kitchen we put in 2 dishwashers. I'd guess we average 10 loads per week. Like you said, when you cook at home, it often requires a lot of dishes. We try to not hand wash anything too, since obviously it's easier to let the dishwasher do it and the dishwasher actually uses much less water than hand washing.

I have stopped trusting any comparison/reviews/best-of/etc if they don't publish the tests that they do. Even if it's from "reputable" sites like Consumer Reports. It's way too easy to just bs random values and promote sponsored product on baseless claims.
Yeah, I've all but given up on these testing sites. Sometimes a site like Wirecutter will do a scientific test like testing for 'actual' clamping voltage of surge protectors and that's valuable information but other times I'll go there to look up the 'best baby monitors' and find the ones they recommend to be poorly rated by reviewers on Amazon, etc and just end up doing my own research anyway.

Like the other guy said, the manufacturer 'recommended' brand is just the brand that they signed a deal with at the time your dishwasher was made. Finish/Cascade pays them to put their brand name on the dishwasher or include a sample of their product. Nothing more, nothing less. I just switched myself to compare.

Interesting. I saw those and considered that maybe they would be better but the Quantum packs were on sale at Costco so I went with them. I don't run the dishwasher too frequently so maybe the pods just get 'stale' by the end of such a big pack, especially because the container isn't sealed.

Does your little detergent flap have a good seal on it? If water's getting in before it opens, that would explain why it sticks inside.. Maybe try cleaning or replacing the seal?
