I had Moto G Power, Moto G stylus, both 2020 release. These great mid range phones. I do not play games, but for everything else these phones work perfectly. I do not know about Moto Edge 2022 offered by T-Mobile, but Moto Edge 2023 is at least as good as my Pixel 6 Pro, my be not as good in Photo department, but other than that it looks and behaves like premium phone.

Go to the other (previous) thread.

More subscribers complain because either TMO or Costco (or both) messed up the gift card process.

Also, more subscribers still waiting for their GC

For context, up until 7 months ago I was an iPhone guy. Took advantage of a slick deal and switched to a Moto stylus 5g (2021). Not looking back-great battery, camera, fingerprint recognition, storage etc.

In the same boat as some of the comments here--got the phone last time around by trading an iphone 6s plus with a broken screen via calling costco. The phone itself looks and feels nice in the hand but performs like a budget phone at worst, maybe low-midrange at best. It's currently sitting in my desk drawer unused, I compared it to my 3 year old Samsung Galaxy S20 FE and the Samsung performs better in most aspects imho. Costco waived the dcc fee so all i had to pay was <$40 in tax. I still haven't gotten the costco card.

edit: I'm on simple choice

does this work on magenta plan?
Yep, just upgraded a free line that was using a old Huawei Honor 5x that cant even connect anymore because of lack of frequency band.

got $0.00 for trade in but got $498 in promo credits = net free phone but had to pay taxes and activation fee...free shipping though for $67 cant really complain, "free line on us free phone on us"
thanks SD for allowing me to use this line again!!

Definitely not for new line, especially when they just had deals for a free iphone 14, iphone 13, and currently S23 FE and Pixel 7a free with adding a new line on any plan, no trade in required.

Thanks! Trading in an old iPhone 5s that barely holds a charge and has been sitting in a drawer. Yeah I need to spend $60 for this after taxes but now at least I'll have a somewhat usable phone that can be activated on my free line. Hopefully a good WiFi hotspot at worst case.

Just upgraded. Trading in a broken phone to have a spare phone.

$41 for taxes and they will send Costco $75 card after 90 days. The rep said to as long as your line has never received it, it will qualify.

well...you can either go back to the old way with 2/3 years contract and pay a hefty early termination fee, or buy your own unlock phone from manufacturer directly.

I called Costco number. Took a few tries for the call to go thru. Maybe they weren't open yet.

To be fair S20 FE is meant to be flagship and moto egde is entry level phone...so you are absolutely correct in term of build and feel...also not that fair when you compare 2 phones diretly
