I had Moto G Power, Moto G stylus, both 2020 release. These great mid range phones. I do not play games, but for everything else these phones work perfectly. I do not know about Moto Edge 2022 offered by T-Mobile, but Moto Edge 2023 is at least as good as my Pixel 6 Pro, my be not as good in Photo department, but other than that it looks and behaves like premium phone.

Go to the other (previous) thread.

More subscribers complain because either TMO or Costco (or both) messed up the gift card process.

Also, more subscribers still waiting for their GC

I used samsung, LG, an a ton of no name phones before SD told me how great moto was. An i figured the extra price on them would make them as good as Samsung an LG. Boy was I wrong. These devices software is junky. My one I payed $100 for barely can make a phone call (no exaggerating). It constantly hounds me to update it but it doesn't have enough storage to download the update an the phone is stripped of all but like 20-40 small apps. This one I guess they robbed people at like $600 for an its half of performance I got no name for $100. Used to get my Samsungs for free minus taxes an charges. Dunno what generic ones are out there good right now. I'm definitely never going to buy one of these extremely overhyped overpriced 40$ moto phones.
that's why I switched from Motorola to a PrimeCo phone

Just an update. Speaking with tmobile via 611. They called me back and transferred me to promotions and issued me a $75 credit which was immediate on my bill.
I ain't got your magic touch. I just called and got no love. Maybe I'll try again with different CSR tomorrow.

This is not an online order. TMobile gives me zero for my trade-ins. If its a costco only deal then the OP should put that in the description
works for me online

it doesnt matter what your trade in value is. All you will get from this promo is up to $498. Say your phone is worth $100, you get 498-100 = 398 in differences and you get that back via 24 monthly credit. if your trade in phone comes in $0 value, you get full $498 in 24 monthly credits.

This isnt an online only deal. You can get it through all Tmobile retail channels such as dial 611, call in tmobile toll free #, app chat, tforce or tmobile through costco.

its only a better deal if motorola takes any and all flip phones, junk phones or broken phones for trade in. otherwise, your comparing apples and oranges

Not heard off prime Co. I'll have to see if I can find it. Not seen anyone post it on SD. Place seems very corporate since the change 5 years ago. I got some nice phone from Visible that didn't give me issues 3 years ago with 128gb storage. It had a plastic screen an case but I don't need to pay 800$ for glass the wrong thing is still gonna scratch if I don't keep things away from it. I forget it's name
