I have street fighter anniversary collection (ps2), street fighter 2 turbo HD remix (ps3), street fighter iv ultra (ps3), street fighter 30th anniversary collection (ps4) and street fighter 5 champion edition (ps4). I just bought street fighter 30th anniversary collection (pc) for my laptop. You could never have enough street fighter.
* I also bought Ultra Street Fighter IV. I am using a laptop with a Ryzen 5 and it is playing the game really well. Now I am debating whether I should buy Street Fighter 5 Champion Edition. I am using a logitech controller and it works well.

I hear you. I grew up playing it on genesis and SNES. Undoubtedly that's where my uneasy feeling comes from. There's nothing wrong with playing it on PC or elsewhere; it just feels weird to me haha
Are any of these "complete" versions? I'm looking for the Super Ultra Turbo Tournament Edition that doesn't require additional DLC.
I have a feeling they are sinking to a new low: moving onto SFVI (new franchise) AND expecting to earn on micro transactions of previous editions on consumers to pay for dlc of -older- editions. It's the corporate math. I'm choosing to read books now from Bruce lee. Cheaper and makes me feel like I'm a real fighter. I can picture those combos in my mind and pretend I'm playing. Less frustration. Oh yes.. I see them 99 combos happening and I dont even practice those combos …

There are 44 characters and a ton of content in Ultra Street Fighter iv and the cost is measly $3.89. I don't think anyone can complain about these games at these sale prices.
If people want to save money, don't buy the regular version and wait for the more complete version that goes on sale. Patience. All fighting games do this. I don't really care much for the silly overpriced unnecessary dlc.
These fighting games are really amazing for any fighting game fan...one of the best of the genre, belongs in a collection with Tekken7&8, MK11, Injustice, SoulCalibur series, etc.

SF6 is pretty good so far, too early to see where it stands among the best in the series, but definitely a step above SFV
SFV Champion Ed - $.7.09 [cdkeys.com]
SF6 - $34.89 [cdkeys.com]
SFV Standard - $4.39 [cdkeys.com]

And yet, I bet it still gets more players than samurai shodown.
