Since everything is moving to the NACS, they should be giving these away. If you watch Amazon, they put some off brand that does 32A on sale between $120-150, if you want something cheap.

1. Does anyone know the difference between $475 (Tesla wall connector) and $595 (universal wall connector? Is it just that the universal one will work with other cars?
2. Is there any benefit to buy the wall connector from Tesla versus Best Buy?
Thanks in advance.

The TWC is only the NACS plug, the universal wall connector has both J1776 and NACS built into it. It also has the ability to power share, e.g.., power your house from the cybertruck. No other platforms support power sharing at this time (don't know if the lightening would work or not).
