When I returned it, it was a pain. They don't pay for the return shipping label, Amazon sends you one where you have to pay for it yourself. I drove to FedEx to have them tell me that, an also, that particular one cannot store batteries (only a few can, even the dedicated FedEx stores) so I couldn't drop it off there. It was a pain, but it gave me time to complain to HeyBike and they sent me a prepaid shipping label. FedEx picked it up. It was a headache, but at this price, I may buy it again and hope it works out this time.
I did ride it a bit before I returned it, it did get up to 20mph and up hills, about 10mph. It was pretty fun. I do like the removable battery aspect of it, can store it inside during winters.
This is a price that you cannot beat. I wanted the Lectric XP 3.0 but at $1000, it's more than what I'm willing to spend for an ebike that doesn't have much utility for me right now.

I ordered a black one since white was not available.
Once arrive they promised to refund back the difference.
They processed refund for the original white bike of course.
Took 2 tries. First agent from what they call heavy department was not helpful at all.
Second agent I chatted with made it happen for me.
Am I the only person getting this bike?
Was anyone else offered to place new order with heybike?
First agent flat out told me there's nothing he can do since the item is not sold/ship by amazon.
I paid 573.29 total for the black bike. 252.45 was the orignal price I paid for the white bike.
They are refunding me 320.84 after I take delivery.
but able offer 75 promo credit.

I did the same process (same chat too) with a Mukkpet bike and while the price difference was $564, I was told maximum gift card refund amount would be $350 + $50 courtesy credit + the refund price back to my payment card.
In essence, I made $711 for cancelling these orders along with spending about 3 hours of my time.
