Refunds were all over the place before the automated refunds today of $10. If you have receipts from conversations about promises for refunds/price-matches, time to get those sorted if you haven't already.

So I bought this when it was $600 after shipping (with the phone mount, don't get the phone mount you can get a separate one for much cheaper). When I got it, the front brakes were busted and not repairable, I took it to a shop to put together and they said they didn't recommend it as it wasn't safe. Also, the battery did not have the UL logo. I think they have since gotten the UL certification. The repair shop also mentioned that they have received a lot of these Amazon ebikes that were damaged in transit, so you are taking a bit of a gamble of hoping it comes undamaged. If it's not intact, then it's a headache, as you will see it's not so easy to return.
When I returned it, it was a pain. They don't pay for the return shipping label, Amazon sends you one where you have to pay for it yourself. I drove to FedEx to have them tell me that, an also, that particular one cannot store batteries (only a few can, even the dedicated FedEx stores) so I couldn't drop it off there. It was a pain, but it gave me time to complain to HeyBike and they sent me a prepaid shipping label. FedEx picked it up. It was a headache, but at this price, I may buy it again and hope it works out this time.
I did ride it a bit before I returned it, it did get up to 20mph and up hills, about 10mph. It was pretty fun. I do like the removable battery aspect of it, can store it inside during winters.
This is a price that you cannot beat. I wanted the Lectric XP 3.0 but at $1000, it's more than what I'm willing to spend for an ebike that doesn't have much utility for me right now.
Ok, i just got off the phone with customer support ,heavy bulk dept(866-423-5353), and i expressed my concerns about my 3 orders of e.bike and i was told that the bikes are in a Amazon fulfillment center in New York , that the tracking numbers given to us will be updated as soon as the final carrier ( the one whos gonna make the delivery , UPS or CEVA(for Rattan bikes) have the itens ready for deliver .

Amazon just proactively canceled my order. been waiting and waiting for nothing. they kept telling me that it was late, running late. The reason they canceled it:
" Reason for refund: Item not received".
i don't get this. Bezos sucks.
Woke up to 2 cancelled bikes and a refunds for Heybike and the Mukkpet. Went to the chat and immediately they transferred me to another agent. Looked through the details and they initially offered a gift card of 50% of the value of the purchase but i pressed on and said that doesn't replace the 800 Mukkpet bike that it costs now. They then said just order the bike and we will refund you the difference. I asked about the heybike too and the ey Sadi order them both and when it arrives contact us and we will refund the difference. Although arriving late it seems i will be getting 2 new bikes. LoL. I was actually hoping for a gift card but i will live w 2 new ebikes.

Amazon just canceled my order too, reason being "item not received", which is a lie because I never complained to Amazon about not receiving it. The truth is the item was never SENT. Huge difference.
I'm very frustrated but at least I'm not out the money.
They tried to get me to reorder the two bikes at full price and come back later for a refund. I didn't believe that would work. So I was able to get $200 in promotional credit today. And I received $100 in promotional credit earlier this week through chat when the bikes weren't delivered on time. For a grand total of $300 back plus a full refund. 🤷
Not sure why it took them this long to cancel. Seems like some kind of end of quarter / EOY sales number scam or Amazon ranking boost scam. Won't ever consider buying a HeyBike again and will warn anybody I know to stay away from HeyBike.
just chatted with customer service and they said to place a new order with Heybike and they would refund the difference at delivery. Hopefully I'm not getting screwed!
chatting w/ amazon now about heybike and mukkpet orders. Flat out told me automatically refunded there is nothing they can do to help with replacement orders or price matching. wish I would have tried a greedy grab earlier instead of thinking Amazon would make good on their own listing
I received an automatic refund notification this morning about this item. Just wanted to let everyone know that I escalated it to customer service and complained and got an $80 gift card credit to my Amazon account! It was either that or supposedly wait until it gets restocked but the guy said he had no idea when that would happen or even if it would happen.
Waiting for the flood of negative reviews. Let's see how many stars this thing drops.

I did not know if I would receive their bike or not but either way I received an $80 gift card applied to my Amazon account for the inconvenience. I had to escalate it to a supervisor but I was relentless and was not giving up. I basically called them liars over and over and told them how unprofessional and shady it seems to sell something that they don't even have and even print a shipping label that said it was picked up. In the end I got an $80 gift card so it was worth it.
